2. Order Processing and Shipping Times

– Order Processing Time

After your payment is authorized and verified, your order will enter the handling process, which typically takes 1 – 7 days depending on the product.

– Transit Time

After the handling process is completed, your order will be shipped out and it will take a few more days to arrive at your address. An email will be sent to your email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your package. The estimated shipping time is listed below.

  • United States/EU: 7 – 12 business days from the ship date
  • International: 10 – 20 business days from the ship date.

This timeframe may extend during special occasions (e.g., Christmas, New Year, disasters, pandemics). However, we will do our best to minimize any delays.

Note:

  • Estimated Delivery Time = Handling Time + Estimated Transit Time
  • “Business days” are considered to be Monday through Friday, not including holidays or scheduled service interruptions. Please check with your local postal service for all other regional restrictions and observed holidays that may delay receipt of your shipment.
  • Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the US may take an additional 7-12 business days.
  • It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We do not influence the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates vary depending on the weight of the order, the number of packages needed to fulfill the order, and the delivery location.

To get an accurate price quote for shipping, please add the items you want to your cart and proceed to checkout, then select your shipping destination country from the checkout’s drop-down menu.

4. Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you do not receive either a confirmation email or a tracking link, please re-check your email, including your SPAM/JUNK box for any missing order notifications. You can track your order by using your tracking number. If it is over your estimated arrival date, please get in touch with us at [email protected], and we can take care of this for you.

4.1 Why isn’t my tracking number updated accurately?

For orders with tracking, your tracking number is sent to you via email as soon as the label is created by the 3rd-party vendor and the information is shared with the shipping carrier. In most cases, your order is picked up and the tracking is available within a day, but occasionally the carrier may have some delays when processing the shipment, which causes a delay in tracking updates. Rest assured that your order is on the way and will eventually be delivered to you!

4.2 Why does my tracking show the package staying in the same location for some time before delivery?

The tracking updates reflect the various stages of a package’s journey. Sometimes, your package may appear to stay in the same location for a while because:

  • It’s being processed at a distribution center or local post office.
  • Scanning updates might be delayed as it moves to the next facility.
  • It’s waiting for the scheduled delivery date after reaching the final post office near your location.

Rest assured, your package is still on its way to you. Once it’s out for delivery, the tracking will update, and you’ll receive it as scheduled. If you have any concerns, feel free to contact our customer support team at [email protected].

5. Product Shipping Origin

Every order from an independent seller on our marketplace is produced and shipped from vendors. After it is placed, we will route your order to one or more vendors based on the delivery location and product types in the order, which then produce and ship the order on behalf of the seller.

In some cases, orders with mixed types of products may come from multiple vendors, which means that your order could arrive in separate packages at different times.

6. FAQs on Production and Shipping

6.1 Can I ship the order to multiple addresses?

We only ship orders to one address at a time. If you want to ship items to different places, you’ll need to make separate orders for each address.

6.2 Can I ship to a PO box or Military APO/ FPO?

Yes, you can. For your order shipped to PO boxes, tracking will be the evidence for successful delivery. We don’t accept any dispute if the tracking status is delivered.

Shipment to military APOs/FPO can take up to 40-45 days to be delivered. Please note that once your parcel has entered the army area, we will not be able to update the status of shipping for security reasons.

6.3 Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?

If your order includes products from multiple vendors, each vendor may ship their items separately. As a result, your order could arrive in separate packages at different times.

Each package will have its own tracking information, which will be shared with you via email once the items are shipped.

6.4 What should I do if one of my packages hasn’t arrived?

If one of your packages is delayed, please check the tracking information provided for that package. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact our support team via [email protected].

6.5 Will VAT taxes be charged?

We do not collect any tax for international shipping. All taxes and duties fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
The VAT charges may vary according to the country. We recommend contacting your local custom office for more information.

6.6 I never received my package, what should I do?

In case your order arrives later than expected, it’s important to note that the estimated delivery times provided include both the producing and shipping durations. While we strive to offer accurate estimates at the time of checkout, there are instances where certain orders may experience slight delays either during the production process or while in transit due to the carrier.

If the estimated delivery date for your order has elapsed and your order has not yet arrived, we recommend waiting for a few additional days to allow for any potential delays in transit.

For U.S. orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 30 days since the order was placed and tracking data is showing, you can request a refund or make a request to have the order be re-sent. If it has been less than 30 days and tracking data is showing, please patiently wait until the package has a chance to arrive.

For international orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 30 days and tracking data is showing we will replace or refund these orders.
