Refund and Return Policy

1. Order Modifications Or Cancellation

You have 4 hours to cancel or change your order (size, color, quantity, shipping address)

Once your order has been submitted, you may cancel or make changes on your order within 4 hours of placing by reaching customer service team at [email protected] . When it is more than 4 hours after placing an order, Teexmart refuses to support order cancellation or order modification requests.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product delivery address is correct. Teexmart takes no responsibility for any product a customer does not receive because of errors in the delivery address given to us.

2. Defective Item Replacement/Refund Policy

In the event that you receive a defective item due to Teexmart‘s fault, we are committed to either sending you a replacement product at no cost or issuing a full refund. The following circumstances constitute a major problem or defect:

  • The item is significantly different from the description or preview provided to you.
  • The item is damaged as a result of our factory’s fault or during transportation by the carrier.
  • The item received is not what you originally ordered.

There is no need to return the defective item. Instead, we kindly request your assistance in either donating it to those in need or giving it away to someone who can utilize it.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must make the request within 30 days of receiving the shipment. Furthermore, the product must remain unwashed, unused, and in the same condition as when you initially received it. Regrettably, if the 30-day period has elapsed, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund.

Procedure for Requesting a Replacement/Refund (if applicable)

To file a claim, please send an email to [email protected] and ensure to include the following mandatory information:

  • Order number
  • Video/photo depicting the defective product (accompanied by a clear description of the issue)
  • If the claim pertains to a printing error, kindly provide photographs illustrating the error.
  • If the claim relates to a print size or placement issue, include a measuring tape, stick, or ruler in the photographs showcasing the affected garments.
  • Complete delivery address

Our support team will thoroughly review your claim, and if the item is deemed eligible, we will promptly dispatch a replacement product at no additional cost. In rare cases where sending a replacement is not feasible, we will reimburse you the full cost of the eligible product, including any associated shipping expenses.

Processing Duration for Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have confirmed the refund, it will be processed within 24 hours. You will receive an email notification when the refund is issued. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 7-10 business days for credit card refunds or 3-7 business days for PayPal refunds to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

4. Refund Rejection

Our Refund & Return Policy does not cover the following situations:

  1. Request for a refund/replacement is after 30 days of product delivery.
  2. Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or inadequate maintenance by the customer.
  3. Selecting the wrong size, color, product, address, or custom information at the time of purchase.
  4. Products that have been washed, worn, soiled, or damaged due to the customer’s handling.
  5. Items purchased during sales or promotional events.
  6. Customer change of mind or no longer needed.

Please ensure your purchase meets these criteria before submitting a refund or return request.

3. Lost items

We guarantee to assist with cases where your order is lost in the shipping process.

As soon as the tracking reports are delivered, we will send you an email to confirm that you receive the correct items you ordered from our website.

Please check mailbox, area security camera, ask your neighbors and contact the local post office to make sure that your order isn’t being held in somewhere you haven’t checked.

Please contact our Customer Support Team immediately within 30 days of delivery if you haven’t received the package according to the email confirmation.

Please provide us with the information below:

  • Order’s information.
  • Verified shipping address.
  • Verified from your local post office that you haven’t received the package.
  • After you send us all the necessary information, we will send a replacement item or refund immediately to the account you used to pay for the order, as you requested.

For orders over 30 days from the date of delivery, Teexmart refuses to support claims regarding to these cases.

Note: Please keep in mind that we cannot take responsibility if the order isn’t delivered due to an incorrect address or if the recipient refuses/forwards it.
